Uzbekistan and Italy Sign $105 Million Industrial Cooperation Agreement

On 2 November, Uzbekistan’s Namangan region confirmed a $105 million investment agreement with Italy’s Gamma Meccanica for industrial equipment manufacturing, energy-efficient technologies and plastic-waste processing. The agreement provides a framework for technology transfer and manufacturing cooperation, although specific production capacities and implementation allocations have not been disclosed.
